Public Comment Open Until October 4th - Westside District Water Authority GSA Groundwater Sustainability Plan
WDWA GSA is actively seeking public input from impacted stakeholders within WDWA GSA on the Amended 2024 Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) . Members of the public may submit comments in writing via email (regulatory@westsidewa.org) or via physical mail (5555 California Avenue, Suite 209 Bakersfield, CA 93309 Attn: Regulatory). The public comment period will be open from June 3, 2024, to October 3, 2024.
Members of the public can access a copy of WDWA GSA's Amended 2024 GSP and the other six GSPs submitted by the Kern County Subbasin via the Kern County Subbasin Data Management System.
